He co-founded a PR and experiential agency Spark Impact and has worked with global media and communication agency networks creating memorable and meaningful experiences that connect brands with consumers. Rich is a multi-channel expert and is excellent at crafting integrated channel agnostic marketing strategies.
Roxanne Millar
Roxanne MillarGeneral Manager
Roxanne believes in the power of truly integrated marketing strategies to drive impact. A former journalist, Roxanne has spent the past six years leading the growth and development of Bastion’s specialist property communications offering, working closely with major developers including Mirvac, Cbus Property and World Class Land. As General Manager of Bastion Asia, she leads the growth and operations of the business, while crafting integrated strategies for clients straddling both Bastion Asia and Bastion Effect where she is also General Manager.
Savannah Zhang
Savannah ZhangAccount Director
Born in China, Savannah has spent the past 12 years as an intercultural strategist and marketer working across education, government, hospitality and consumer brands in the UK, China, Hong Kong, Macau and Australia. Her mission is to help Australian clients better understand Asian audiences and build their confidence when operating in the APAC region. Savannah is passionate about innovation and digital tactics.
